BOROUGH OF GREEN TREE NOTICE OF ORDINANCES The following ordinance was enacted into law by the Green Tree Borough Council at their meeting held on December 16, 2013: Ordinance #1706 Setting the salary and benefits of Borough Manager, (2) tax collector, and (3) Emergency Management Director. Ordinance #1707 Setting the annual rate of pay and establishing the hourly rate of pay for certain administrative employees. Ordinance #1708 Setting the terms and conditions of employment for the Borough Engineer and Code Enforcement Officer. Ordinance #1709 Fixing the annual salary of the Director and Assistant Librarian of the Green Tree Public Library. Ordinance #1710 Fixing the annual salaries of certain borough employees of the Green Tree Public Library and setting the terms and conditions for funding from the Allegheny County Library Association (ACLA). Ordinance #1711 An ordinance (1) authorizing the transfer of funds to the Educational Service Agency; (2) providing for the hourly rate and benefits to the Special School Police; (3) providing for the allowable uniform allowance; (4) providing for the reimbursement to the Borough by the Keystone Oaks School District; and (5) authorizing future amendments to the hourly rates of pay.
