Invitation to Bid Newbury Development Associates, LP, in cooperation with The Township of South Fayette, is issuing a Request for Proposals /Bids for Construction for the State Route 50 Roadway Improvement Project. This construction project includes new turning lanes and traffic signals along SR 50. Contractors must be PennDOT-certified, and all construction work must be in conformance with PennDOT standards. Plans, specifications and all associated RFP documents are currently available from Newbury Development Associates, LP, located at 100 Emerson Lane, Suite 1509, Bridgeville, PA 15017.
