Public Notice The Southwest Corner Workforce Investment Area, incorporating the Counties of Washington, Greene and Beaver in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, is soliciting proposals for Youth Services for the Workforce Investment Act (WIA) and Transitional Aid for Needy Families (TANF) program.
