The Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Conference Room of the Facilities/Transportation Offices. The clock in the Conference Room will determine prevailing time for receipt of bids. A non-refundable deposit of $10.00 per set is required, and must be in the form of a corporate or business check made payable to "North Allegheny School District" and brought to the Facilities Department at North Allegheny School District. If the bidding documents are to be mailed, the deposit amount will be $25.00. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in any Bid received. Bids will be received from Bidders who have registered with North Allegheny School District Facilities Department and purchased a complete set of Bidding Documents as a Prime Bidder.
