OFFICIAL NOTICE BOROUGH OF FOX CHAPEL ZONlNG HEARING BOARD The Fox Chapel Borough Zoning Hearing Board will meet on Wednesday, May 21, 2014, at 7 P.M. in the Borough Building, 401 Fox Chapel Road, to hear the following case: CASE NO. 14-01 Mr. Robert Kozel, 7 Sweet Water Lane, Pittsburgh, PA 15238 (Lot & Block No. 438-S-110) is requesting the variances necessary to allow an addition on the south side of his property. The parcel is located in the "A" Zoning District and is Parcel 2 in the Stoecklein Plan of Lots which was developed as a Density Development. As proposed, the additional would violate Sections 25.1, 25.2(c) and 43.F. of the Fox Chapel Zoning Ordinance. The application for this variance request may be reviewed in the Borough Building during normal office hours.
