OFFICIAL NOTICE TOWNSHIP OF HAMPTON THE ZONING HEARING BOARD WILL CONDUCT A PUBLIC HEARING ON TUESDAY JUNE 24, 2014, AT 7:30 PM, AT THE MUNICIPAL BLDG. TO HEAR THE FOLLOWING CASE: CASE NO. 14-06 - The applicant, Camholly Holdings, LLC, is requesting a variance to the Zoning Ordinance, No. 627, under ARTICLE 8, TABLE A, SIDE SETBACK, to erect a deck that would reduce the existing non-conforming side yard setback o 3.5' on property located at 3353 Wagner Road. CASE NO. 14-07 - The applicant, Leslie Swimmer Keiser, is requesting an appeal to the determination of the Zoning Officer regarding a wall that was erected without a permit on property located at 3384 Cedar Run Road. CASE NO. 14-08 - The applicants, Christopher and Jan Vermilya, are requesting a variance to the Zoning Ordinance, No. 627, under ARTICLE 8, TABLE A, SIDE SETBACK, to erect a deck on property located at 5089 Willow Wood Drive that would decrease the cumulative side setback value for the house to approximately 30', as opposed to the required cumulative side setback value of 40'. CASE NO. 14-09 - The applicant, Kress Brothers Builders, is requesting a variance to the Zoning Ordinance No. 627, under ARTICLE 8, TABLE A, MAXIMUM HEIGHT, for a pitched roof that would cause the building height to exceed the 35' height restriction in several locations by up to 7 feet. The applicant is also requesting a variance to ARTICLE 10, SUBSECTION 10.252, BUFFER YARDS, for the existing building which currently encroaches on the 10' buffer yard for approximately 100' and an encroachment on the 10' buffer yard for approximately 30' due to the proposed location of the new driveway on property located at 5055 Route 8. CASE NO. 14-10 - The applicant, Courtney Walker, is requesting a variance to the Zoning Ordinance, No. 627, under ARTICLE 8, TABLE A, SIDE SETBACK, to erect a deck on property located at 5095 Willow Wood Drive that would decrease the cumulative side setback value for the house to approximately 30', as opposed to the required cumulative side setback value of 40'.
