ADVERTISEMENT NORTH HILLS COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS SANITARY SEWER REHABILITATION PROJECT Sealed bids will be received by the North Hills Council of Governments, acting on behalf of our municipality members listed as follows: Bradford Woods, Etna, Fox Chapel, Franklin Park, Hampton, Indiana, Marshall, McCandless, Millvale, O'Hara, Ohio, Pine, Reserve, Richland, Ross, Shaler, Sharpsburg, West Deer and West View, this is also to include Cranberry Township (Butler County), until 1:00 P.M. on June 30, 2014 for the following: Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation Project - COG-wide bid to provide sanitary sewer rehabilitation services (CCTV, grouting, spot repair, trenchless technology repair, manhole rehab, etc.) to the municipal members of the COG. BID OPENING - will be at 1:00 P.M. prevailing time on June 30, 2014 in the North Hills Council of Government office at 300 Wetzel Road, Suite 201, Glenshaw, PA 15116. CONSTRUCTION - will be according to specifications that are on file at the North Hills Council of Government office. Construction is subject to the State of Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. SPECIFICATIONS, INSTRUCTIONS, BIDDING DOCUMENTS, ETC. - Copies can be picked up from 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. Monday through Friday at the NHCOG office. For a non-refundable cost of forty-five dollars ($45). Requests for mailing shall be subject to an additional handling fee of five dollars ($5). EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER - The municipal members of the North Hills Council of Governments comply with the provisions of this act. All qualified contractors are invited to submit a proposal. All proposals are firm and may not be withdrawn for a period of no less than forty-five (45) calendar days following the bid opening date. EACH OF THE MUNICIPAL MEMBERS OF THE NORTH HILLS COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO AWARD OR TO REJECT ANY AND/OR ALL PORTIONS THEREOF PROPOSALS SUBMITTED, AND TO WAIVE INFORMALITIES IN THE BIDDING PROCESS IF IN THE BEST INTERESTS OF EACH INDIVIDUAL MUNICIPAL MEMBER.
