APPLICATION has been made to the Zoning Hearing Board of Bethel Park for consideration of the following matters: amendment of case #2605 for a side/front yard variance for the construction of a new home, 5025 Highland Road, Applicant - George & Clare Mesina; front yard variance for the construction of a new home, 5025 Highland Road, Applicant - George & Clare Mesina; an appeal from a decision of the Building Code/Zoning Officer concerning Zoning Code Section 69.52.1.3 and other matters over which the Board has jurisdiction for signage, 25 Highland Road, (1699 Washington Road), Applicant - Dollar Bank, FSB; an appeal from the decision of the Zoning Officer concerning "accessory uses" to principal recreational uses in CD Districts, 305 Church Road, YMCA of Greater Pittsburgh." A hearing on these matters will be held on Monday, July 7, 2014 at 7:30 p.m. in the Municipal Building at 5100 West Library Avenue.
