OFFICIAL BOROUGH OF FRANKLIN PARK NOTICE TO BIDDERS Sealed bids will be received at the Borough of Franklin Park Municipal Building, 2344 West Ingomar Road, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, until 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 22, 2014, and will be publicly opened and read at the same time and location, for the I-79 and S.R. 910 Traffic Signal Upgrade Project, consisting of the installation of LED traffic signal heads, battery backup systems and generator adaptor kits at three (3) intersections. Bid forms and specifications may be obtained in the general office of the municipal building from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. weekdays. All bids must be upon the forms provided and must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond made payable to the Borough of Franklin Park.
