HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF PITTSBURGH REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) FOR AUTHORITY WIDE DEMOLITION RFP #600-21-14 The Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh ("HACP") hereby requests proposals from qualified firms to perform demolition work on an as-needed basis at various HACP communities and scattered site houses. The work may include, but is not limited to, complete demolition of existing structures, to limits indicated, site clearing and grubbing, temporary and permanent erosion control, dust and noise control, removal from the site of excavated materials, obtain and pay for local demolition, dumping and hauling permits, temporary construction fence and gates, safety and traffic control, temporary and permanent utility termination and or relocation and or protection, dewatering building fumigation, grading and seeding. Authority Wide Demolition RFP #600-21-14 The documents will be available no later than July 21, 2014 and signed, sealed proposals will be accepted until 11:00 A.M., August 15, 1014 at which time they will be Time and Date Stamped at 100 Ross Street, 2nd Floor, Suite 200, Pittsburgh, PA 15219. HACP's has revised their website. As part of those revisions, vendors must now register and log-in, in order to view and download IFB/RFPs documentation. Caster D.
