OFFICIAL ROSS TOWNSHIP NOTICE The regular meeting of the Ross Township Zoning Hearing Board will be held at the Ross Township Municipal Building, 1000 Ross Municipal Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15237, on Wednesday, September 10, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. to review the following applications: ZHB-24-14 Brandon Kretzler requesting a variance to Chapter 27, Part 9, Section 908 for a 30' front yard setback variance to install an outdoor seating area on property known as Kretzler's Restaurant located at 2240 Babcock Blvd. in a C-2 Zoning District of the 1st Ward. ZHB-25-14 Ryan Homes Pittsburgh North Division requesting a variance to Chapter 27, Part 9, Section 907 for a 2 foot height variance to the current townhome maximum height limit of 35 feet on property located on Aprilmae Way in an R-4 Zoning District of the 7th Ward. ZHB-26-14 Regis Mannke requesting the following variances to Chapter 27: Part 15: Section 1502.D.6 for a 5 foot variance to the required 10 foot side parking setback; Section 1502.A(1) for a 1 foot variance to the 10 foot required width of customer parking spaces; Section 1502.A(2) for a 2 foot variance to the required 20 foot length of customer parking spaces; Section 1502.D for a 4 foot variance to the required 20 foot wide parking aisle; to Part 9, Section 908 for a 15'-7" variance to the required 30 foot building front setback; and two use variances to Part 9: Section 905 to permit auto sales in the McKnight Transportation Overlay District; and to Section 906.4.P.(1)(b) to permit used auto sales without being an accessory use to new vehicle sales on property located at 113 Nelson Run Road in a C-1 Zoning District of the 7th Ward. ZHB-27-14 Limerick Land Partners, LP, requesting an interpretation of the Ross Township Code of Ordinances, Chapter 27, Part 9, Section 106.3 of the fee calculation for a grading permit on property located at 450 Highland Avenue in an R-1 Zoning District of the 4th Ward.
