NOTICE OF INTENTION TO LEASE COUNTY PROPERTY Notice is hereby given in accordance with 16 P.S. section 2306 that the Board of Commissioners, for and on behalf of the County of Beaver, Pennsylvania, intends to lease the following properties for Oil and Gas Drilling and Operations in, on and under land situated in Economy Borough, Harmony Borough and Marion Township, Beaver County, Pennsylvania, containing 977.776 acres, described as follows: Tax Map No. 64-184-0178.000-01-3 containing 69.888 acres recorded in Deed Book Volume 923, Page 535; Tax Map No. 64-184-0175.000-01-3 containing 8.82 acres recorded in Deed Book Volume 920, Page 370; Tax Map No. 60-029-0418.000-01-3 containing 8.5 acres recorded in Deed Book Volume 1187, Page 830; Tax Map No. 68-124-0500.000-01-3 containing 644.788 acres recorded in Deed Book Volume 932, Page 426 and Condemnation by Beaver County; Tax Map No. 60-185-0366.000-01-3 containing 218.06 acres recorded in Deed Book Volume 683, Page 250; Tax Map No. 60-185-0347.005-01-3 containing 27.72 acres recorded in Deed Book Volume 983, Page 341.
