On May 16,2013, the PA State Board of Cosmetology suspended the license of Phong T. Nguyen, license no. CL018119L, of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County. The Board took this action pursuant to the Order of the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County dated April 9, 2013, which the Court issued under section 4355 of the Domestic Relations Code. The suspension is effective immediately.
