NOTICE TOWNSHIP OF WILKINS The Board of Commissioners of the Township of Wilkins will consider adoption of the following ordinance at a public meeting to be held on the 16th day of December 2013 at 7:00 p.m. in the Municipal Building, 110 Peffer Road, Wilkins Township, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. The title and a summary of the ordinance follows. PROPOSED ORDINANCE #1037 TITLE AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF WILKINS, ALLEGHENY COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA APPROPRIATING OUT OF REVENUES AVAILABLE FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2014 SPECIFIC SUMS REQUIRED AS SHOWN BY THE BUDGET AND FIXING THE REAL ESTATE TAX LEVY FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2014. SUMMARY The Ordinance appropriates specific sums required for the 2014 Budget, fixes the real estate tax levy for the 2014 fiscal year and provides for discounts and penalties on taxes paid and unpaid.
