ORDINANCE #1486 - AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE BOROUGH OF WEST VIEW, COUNTY OF ALLEGHENY, COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA, PROVIDING FOR A SEWER TAPPING FEE FOR SERVICES PROVIDED TO NEW CUSTOMERS OF THE HIGHLAND PLANNED RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT, IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 2052 OF THE BOROUGH CODE.
