LEGAL NOTICE TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH PARK ALLEGHENY COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA The South Park Township Board of Supervisors will conduct a Public Hearing on Monday, December 9, 2013, at 6:45 p.m. in the Board Road of the South Park Township Municipal Building, 2675 Brownsville Road, South Park, PA 15129, to receive public comment regarding an application for conditional use filed by Pennsylvania American Water Company for the purpose of using a portion of the Broughton Volunteer Fire Department property located at 1030 Cochrans Mill Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15236, as a contractor's yard. The property is zoned C-4, Heavy Commercial, being Lot and Block No. 564-H-215. Copies of the application are available for public inspection at the Administration Offices of the Municipal Building, at the address listed above, between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
