OFFICIAL TOWN OF McCANDLESS RESOLUTION NO. 23 OF 2013 A RESOLUTION SETTING DATES OF VARIOUS MEETINGS OF THE TOWN COUNCIL AND OTHER TOWN AGENCIES FOR THE YEAR 2014 IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of McCandless as follows: Section 1. For the year 2014, the following schedule of meetings and time of day deadline for the receipt of tax payments is hereby established: (a) Organizational Meeting of Town Council January - 1st Monday - 8:00 p.m. (b) Regular monthly meetings of the Town Council January through December - 4th Monday - 7:30 p.m., with the following exceptions: May - 3rd Monday- 7:30 p.m. (c) Open meetings of the following committees of Town Council on the 1st Monday of each month at 7:30 p.m.: Public Safety, Services, Public Works and Recreation, with the following exceptions: September - 1st Tuesday - 7:30 p.m. (d) Open meetings of the following committees of the Town Council on the 2nd Monday of each month at 7:30 p.m., with the following exceptions: Zoning and Finance July - 3rd Monday - 7:30 p.m., (prior to Agenda Review Mtg.) (e) Open meetings of the following committee of the Town Council on the 3rd Monday of each month at 7:30 p.m. with the following exceptions: Agenda Review (none in February and May) (f) Regular meetings of the Zoning Hearing Board on the 4th Thursday of each month at 7:30 p.m., with the following exceptions: November - 3rd Thursday - 7:30 p.m. & December - 3rd Thursday - 7:30 p.m. (g) Regular meetings of the Planning Commission on the 1st Tuesday of each month at 7:30 p.m., with the following exceptions: September - 1st Weds. - 7:30 p.m. & November - 1st Weds. - 7:30 p.m. (h) Workshop meetings of the Planning Commission on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 7:30 p.m. (i) Time deadline for the receipt of tax payments: 7:00 p.m. on the date set in the Town Calendar. Section 2. Any revision of the above schedule to accommodate holidays or other events which may be unforeseen at this time shall be by subsequent action by Council. Special meetings or emergency meetings may be held in accordance with the provisions of Section 401 (c) and (d) of the Town Charter. Section 3.
