The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, Engineering District 11-0, is soliciting bids for providing traffic control services, to support surveying efforts on the McKees Rocks Bridge. There are three areas of work: 1) The four lane west approach to the two span structure over Harriet Street (approximate length 50 feet); 2) The four lane mainline pavement between Nicholson Road and Helen Street (approximate length 450 feet); and 3) The three lane mainline pavement from Helen Street to the west end of the main structure (approximate length 725 feet). The work will include providing advance signing, crash vehicles, arrow boards and other items as required by PennDOT Publication 213, Temporary Traffic Control Guidelines. The anticipated duration of the work is seven days. Bids will be received until 11:00 AM, prevailing time, Thursday, June 6, 2019 at the office of Tri-State Design and Development, 9 East Main Street, Carnegie, PA 15106. The anticipated start date for the work is Monday, June 17, 2019.
